Enhance your home-touring experience by getting accurate, timely and detailed information about the home as you are driving by it or walking through it. And save your favorite toured homes and rooms/areas for later viewing.

The seller and/or agent adds photos, and highlights important details about the home using tags and audio, which then automatically get pushed to your phone while you are at the curb or walking through the home. All you need to do is install the app and turn on Bluetooth, and your home-touring experience will become a much richer one.

The HomeBeam app requires location services to be enabled. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
